I chose to work with this firm based on a recommendation from my daughter’s friend. Sadly, my experience with Michelle has not lived up to that recommendation. When my daughter and I signed our documents, Michelle told us would receive our final paperwork within one to two weeks. I was referred to Michelle by a trusted friend who spoke highly of her services. Sadly, my experience has not lived up to that recommendation. When my mother and I signed our trust documents, we were told to expect our final paperwork within one to two weeks. It has now been over three months, and we still have not received our completed documents despite multiple follow-ups.
