If I could give them 10 stars I would. I hadn't used QuickBooks in a long time and after 3 years of being in business, it was time for help after I made a mess of things with it. Linda and Natalie and been amazing. My books are perfectly in order now. Natalie did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Forde Firm! Glad we found y'all.
Not a partnership, or experience I'd pay for again. Changing CPA's due to retirement is difficult enough.
Extremely disappointed with The Forde Firm. My husband and I hired them to handle our tax return (both personal and business) paid in full , and provided all information on time. We didn’t find out until June, after calling the IRS ourselves, that the return was never filed and by then, it was too late. The refund was permanently forfeited. At no point did the firm flag that we were in danger of missing the refund deadline, even though they accepted payment after the cutoff had already passed. I too join others that have had great difficulty with the Forde Firm, especially dealing with David Forde. David requested documents that were out of the ordinary from my investment accounts. I tried my best to deliver the info he wanted but it was just not there. His directions and explanations were all over the spectrum. Perhaps that is where David is on the spectrum. I am majorly disappointed with this firm. I called for the first time almost 2 weeks ago to become a new client. The person answering my phone took my name, number, and email address and said someone would reach out to me. Days later, nothing. I called again. The person answering had none of my information in their records..I gave my information again. Days later, nothing. I called again.
