They replaced my broken tsunami rod. All I had to pay was shipping. Very nice to see good customer service
Cindy at customer service was amazing & very professional, I had an issue with a Tsunami barrier II 8000 fishing reel I bought a few months back and she quickly responded to my email and guided me through the necessary steps to resolve the issue and when they couldn't fix it they sent me a brand new reel at no extra cost they even covered shipping, this company is the best they hold up to their word when it comes to customers guaranteed satisfaction & warranty policy, Thank you Cindy God bless you!
Bought a scale tech inshore rod at fishermen's wholesale in Port Charlotte. Before even rigging it I noticed the eye not glued epoxied on correctly. I was able to resin it back. After a few inshore trips with proper rinse with fresh water I notice the casing for the faux cork peeling. The last trip I was 2 miles out on the gulf and after being over the haven only 10 mins the rod snap ped with less then a 5lb fish. While back inshore I lost my bearing and trashed the rod. Awesome customer service. Everyone was polite. My favorite reel broke(SPEAR TSSPE5000) and they fixed it free of charge.
