In case you were wondering if the front desk staff is really rude they absolutely are perfect considering this is the only optician on campus!
The older man is really rude for no reason. He was really rude to when i went in to book my appointment. Made me feel so unwelcomed. Like no sense of customer service, politeness or understanding. He rushes people too. My friend went few days ago even she was telling me how it felt she was a bother and he was rushing her while choosing a date for an appointment. So unprofessional.
Highly not recommended.
