We were forced into using this product because they bought the company we were formerly using. Our onboarding specialist (Who actually came from the previous company) has been great, and we hope the best for her. As for The Flybook? It is an absolute dumpster fire. 5 weeks in and our prices are magically changing on their own. Their reporting is like being thrown into an eel pit covered in eel estrus. Best reservation system on the market! The Outdoor Adventure Center switched to Flybook years ago. We had built our own online reservation after trying most of the outdoor reservation systems on the market.
