By far the worst customer service of any company i've ever dealt with, They charged me for services They were not providing for over 3 years.It was only spotted by an internal audit by our company. They attach fees that are not associated with our account.. Over the past four yearsthey have stolen from us , over ten thousand dollars that I had to fight to get refunded. We were forced into using this product because they bought the company we were formerly using. Our onboarding specialist (Who actually came from the previous company) has been great, and we hope the best for her. As for The Flybook? It is an absolute dumpster fire. 5 weeks in and our prices are magically changing on their own. Their reporting is like being thrown into an eel pit covered in eel estrus. Best reservation system on the market! The Outdoor Adventure Center switched to Flybook years ago. We had built our own online reservation after trying most of the outdoor reservation systems on the market. Those other systems just did not get the complexities of multi-sport guide tours, rentals and lodging. There were always vital pieces missing from equation.
