From the very beginning the service from the Flooring Shop has been amazing. Recce was very helpful , knowledgeable and took the time to understand the seamless look l wanted to achieve. I was drawn in by all the rave reviews and The Flooring Shop experience did not disappoint! I was able to bring in a patch of my existing carpet to get an exact colour match. Installation was very professional and accommodating despite a mistake on my end with remembering the agreed upon date and time of installation. All in all, very impressed with the results! And I loved the attention and care of working with a small business!

We highly recommend this business for selecting and installing carpet. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us select the right carpet for our unit. The staff were obliging and nothing seemed too much trouble.
All the staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. Very happy with the whole process from first meeting to final installation.
