I was intrigued by the sales pitch and the all-inclusive set-price ‘Kitchen project special’ that they were running last year and unfortunately contracted a project before doing my due diligence and research, and this is a large personal regret which has lead to over a year of frustration for an incomplete project. We have learned the good reviews on this company are fake and paid for. ** I do not take the time to review reviews often but feel the need to warn consumers about this company. I highly suggest to stay away and not use them. It is because of the extremely awful job they did, we actually need to get an attorney and sue them. Something to note before you even start, they will ask you to sign their contract and not mention that even after you put down a deposit, that no work will be done until you pay the entire balance of the bill. My bill was paid in FULL in December and work was not completed until April. We started the remodel in October of 2019. They finally finished in April of 2020. 6 months. What a disaster this has turned out to be for us. We had signed a contract to pay for the work being done on our house with 50% down & the remaining would be paid in stages throughout completion. I paid over 50% in October and 2 weeks later I was asked how I was going to pay the rest. I would pay half on the start of the work and the remaining at the completion of work.
