I didn't know what to expect when i went in . The float was amazingly relaxing and i fell asleep in the sauna within minutes. I will recommend it to anyone who needs to unwind, the staff is very friendly
Wonderful Infra red sauna today, such a lovely atmosphere, kind friendly people and I feel great from it.
Amazing experience. Really helpful staff. I had never been ‘floating’ before but immediately booked back in for another as it was so liberating and finally a moment for peace & you time. I have also tried the infrared sauna which I highly recommend, the light therapy in there also is really great. Both treatments have really helped my shoulder injury. I treated myself to the floatation experience and an infrared sauna at the Float Spa in Hove earlier today. I was met by Camille, who’s warmth and enthusiasm was a breath of fresh, she explained everything I needed to know about the infra red sauna, the shower and how everything worked… This was an incredible experience, and I really felt the benefits of the 65° heat in this personal sauna,.
