Very professional warm staff, who go over and above to make you feel welcomed. Great facilities and super warm saunas. Well worth a visit.
Friendly staff and lovely facilities, I have used the flotation tank and my partner said she had the best massage of her life here.
This is a little piece of Heaven in Hove... from the moment you arrive you're greeted by lovely people and the whole place is calming and comfortable. The Infrared Saunas are great, the Float pods are big (important for me with claustrophobia) and for one hour you're in total privacy and tranquility, floating away in the magnesium rich water. The massage therapists are also excellent, especially the brilliant Bence Bors. Highly Recommended!
