I've been coming here since 2017 and can honestly say I've never even come close to a bad experience. The owners are incredibly welcoming, warm and professional - they are patient, take the time to explain everything required to get the most of your experience. I genuinely look forward to seeing them as much as I do the float and saunas themselves. From the first contact via phone to the herbal tea afterwards was a 5 star experience. Trudi and Stu were very welcoming. A relaxed chat, informative detailed information and then the magic of the float. Clean, modern and every detail from start to finish was truly appreciated. Well done guys
The atmosphere is wonderful. I was very nervous coming is with my partner for the first time and the owners were so lovely - Very informative, assuring and very very genuine kind people. Told me everything I needed to know over the phone before my appointment and also during the appointment. Great first experience of a sensory deprivation tank! Sauna was also very relaxing. Fantastic customer service! I will definitely be coming back for more services!
