Went in with difficulty with moving my knee, and was given exceptional assistance with recovery and strengthening exercises. 10/10
Adrian has a great approach, listening as well as informing. He really built my confidence, as well as my strength, back up!
I had a shoulder injury and Adrian was instructing me on workouts that will help in my recovery through his great knowledge of physio and exercise. I found him very Keen to understand my situation, very easy to talk to and very caring. I highly recommend Adrian as a physiotherapist.
