I am a retired person who has a daily exercise routine. Part of that routine is jogging. A few months ago, I hurt my hamstring area and was not able to jog. I felt something important to me was taken away. Adrian from the Flexing Physio was brilliant. He worked with me and gave me a number of exercise routines which helped to not only heal the affected area but strengthen it. Grateful to have the team at The Flexing Physio on the westside to treat our injuries and broken bodies! Dan has been very knowledgeable, professional and supportive on my road to recovery with my knee and shoulders, setting realistic goals but also pushing me to push myself to get better. On top of that, he's just a great guy and easy to talk to which makes the whole process so much better. Highly recommend Dan (and Adrian!) if you're looking for your friendly neighbourhood physio!
I’ve been coming to see Adrian at The Flexing Physio for over 6 months. 4 months ago I thought my dream of completing the Sydney Marathon this year was fading fast and with Adrian helping with my injury rehabilitation and training I was able to come back strong this last weekend and smash this goal! Highly recommend seeing Adrian and you will get nothing but the best service!
Thanks to Adrian for all his expertise in helping me with my ankle rehab. He is knowledgeable and enthusiastic in his approach and even with whingeing from me he pushed me to get it done with a smile. Thanks!
