I’ve been coming to see Adrian at The Flexing Physio for over 6 months. 4 months ago I thought my dream of completing the Sydney Marathon this year was fading fast and with Adrian helping with my injury rehabilitation and training I was able to come back strong this last weekend and smash this goal! Highly recommend seeing Adrian and you will get nothing but the best service!

5 weeks ago I turned up with hip pain & muscle problems. Adrian has worked with me, calmly & with much encouragement to develop a realistic set of exercises that have already made such a difference & i'm now able to move more freely & further lift the ceiling on the repeats & reps. Highly recommend Adrian & The Flexing Physio
I cannot recommend The Flexing Physio enough!! Adrian is incredibly knowledgeable and showed so much care during my rehab. The whole experience from booking in to attending the clinic is easy and supportive. Both Dan and Adrian are very welcoming!
