Main is incredible at what he does! He has done an amazing job helping me work through the pain in my lower back. I’ve been going to him for over a year now and haven’t had bad back pain since! So compassionate and kind towards everyone that walk through his door! You will be doing yourself and your body a favor by seeing Main!
Came to them with pain in my chest/shoulder area when I lift weights which has been bothering me for years and they showed me a simple stretch I can do daily which has since fixed the problem for me. Definitely recommend booking an appointment!
Main is an extremely knowledgeable physical therapist. He helped me with my shoulder pain that’s been bothering me for a few months. I have been seeing Main for the past half year and he is someone I can fully trust with my ailments. He has a knack of identifying my pain points and coming up with a solution that is best suited for me. He is intentional and caring when dealing with my body.
