Main is amazing! He’s extremely knowledgeable, but what really stands out is how much he genuinely cares and treats you like family. I’ve never felt more confident getting back to running again. I’ve had such a great experience with him that now my friends and family see him too. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

I’ve been going to Main for a few months due to knee pain I’ve been experiencing prior for about a year.
