I have waited almost three months to receive a $700 20' flag pole that was ordered........Have called and emailed the company and never get a straight answer as to when I can expect to received the product, the comment is that is "takes time to get the additional coating"- but will not provide how lone it will take . Additionally, NEVER get a returned call or email as promised to obtain an update or status. Have no idea if or when this product will arrive... .
I ordered a flagpole from this company 2 months ago. They were more than happy to charge my account $270.00 dollars. I still not have not received the flagpole. Numerous emails have been sent. They replied flagpoles are made to order. One month out. I again kept requesting and two weeks ago the updated status awaiting shipment. Now they are no longer responding to my emails.
