Great experience at the Montreal Flag Shop. Marc-André, the owner, is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain options and made the whole process easy. The store is well organized, clean, and pleasant to visit. They also do much more than just flags, which is good to know. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended for quality service and a professional, friendly experience.
Store was good, but the owner was really rude and anti social with me. Very mixed feelings.
I bought a RØDE microphone to conduct interviews. Scoured the net trying to find a custom design for a mic flag with logo(s) on it and by luck fell upon this local shop. Marc-André was personable on the phone, he took pleasure in creating this from scratch - essentially built the design before my eyes with enthusiasm. Very good price too. Simply put: solution oriented and excellent customer service folks!
