Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
I was looking for a relatively obscure flag. They didn't have it, so they ordered it. That's customer service.
Had our flags in stock and gentleman who helped was very personable,friendly. We received our Italian and Canadian flag:)
Called for a quote, 5'x3' blank flag. Did not know what they would charge me, had to look back to see if they've ever done a blank flag before. Came back with a $75 quote, no pole to hold flag. This speaks to why so many CadBusinesses continue to struggle. Sad, disappointing, frustrating, ridiculous, welcome to Canada. Amazon 5'x3' flag (no pole) $14.50 Can't make this stuff up.
