I had an amazing experience with The Fixed Wheel. I was referred to them by a friend when needing to have our 2 mountain bikes serviced. From the moment we walked into the shop, it was clear that they pride themselves on Customer Service. We were warmly welcomed by Rick who had a look over our bikes and advised us exactly what sort of service they required and how long they would need them. I had an incredible experience at The Fixed Wheel right before the Bowral Classic. Just a day before the event, my bike gear cable snapped, and I was in urgent need of a replacement. Despite being super busy, Rick dropped everything and got my bike serviced immediately. Thanks to his dedication, I was able to participate in the event without any issues. Rick is an absolutely legend! My hydraulic breaks leaked on the train ride down from Sydney and he fixed up my bike for me with no notice. Absolutely life saver He also taught me a little more about my bike. Super knowledgeable, amazing attention to detail, extremely passionate about bikes and biking. I took my son in recently to buy a shock pump, tyre pump and pedals. The guy who served us acted like he couldn't care less, he was arrogant and not helpful at all. I wanted to support a local business but this place sucks. Buy your stuff online!
Nice selection of kids and adult bikes and loads of accessories. Staff were friendly and happy to help me choose the right bike for my Son.
