Great service. On time. Very helpful / practical advice for e-bike setup.
Terrible service and experience. We ordered the bike last week and were told that they would deliver on Monday. It was not delivered and no notice was given as well. When I called, the answer was only they were too busy and they even could not give a date when they could. My kid has missed the activity this week and now would not even know whether or when can have it. The delivery address is only 15 min drive away.
