Very bad experience. I'll give zero stars if I can. The service was very terrible, and the customer service was worse. They declare the guarantee, but when you really need it, they refuse to respect it. The warranty seems completely misleading, and in my experience, it was basically worthless. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself a headache, money and frustration and take your work somewhere else. There are a lot of companies that are already behind their work and guarantees.

Never in my life have i dealt with such poor customer service, inability to communicate, missed deadlines and broken promises. The people who work in this location don't seem to have a clue about what they are doing, and have to call the shop owner to answer any question, the owner is never on site and is totally unhelpful when he gets on the phone. I'm sorry a store like this is allowed to rent space in what is an otherwise really nicely run Walmart

Said it be done 45 minutes didn't even start tell and hour in half in made a bunch of excuses for not doing even though I said I had a flight to catch that he made me late for and his co worker had to come in and finish it and it only took him 15mins to finish after I asked for a refund because I was running late and that's when he got in trouble for just sitting around
