I took my phone in for a battery replacement. They replaced it, It worked fine for a few days and then the phone updated. The phone then recognized it was not an Apple battery, and refused to charge the new battery. I had to go to another store to buy an apple battery. When I attempted to get a refund, the employee called the owner, who refused to refund the entire amount - gave me about 1/3 of the price for the battery. They should have known that their battery would be incompatible with my phone.
