My wife told me she booked a massage for me because my hips have been hurting for a while from an old injury. I’m glad she did! I got much more than I could have asked for. I was unable to describe the discomfort I felt when standing or sitting for long periods of time but after a bit of stretching and some cryo, Lc was able to find the source of my pain.
