Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO REPAIR A MAC BOOK PRO!! Over $400 including new battery and it is still not working. Maybe they can would in IPhones and such, but not computers!
The people were very nice but we went for a screen replacement due to a crack. After the repair, the phone had a mind of its own and would take pictures, scroll, click onto apps, ect without even being touched. When we took it back, we were told it was because we had to delete apps to free storage. Since the phone was relatively new, there was more than half the storage left before it was full and we updated. Still, they refused to take responsibility and blamed it on storage. Was able to get fabulous help with the phone I needed. They have a great selection of products and super friendly service. I would highly recommend if you need your phone fixed pop in here and they’ll help you out.!
Great and affordable service!! I’m so happy I came here. My iPhone 16 was left outside and in bad shape, with no insurance. It’s now as good as new!
Went to get the screen fixed on the phone and Sami was super nice and did our screen fix for cheaper than expected with the premium screen. Handled a rude customer behind us very well too. Definitely recommend if you're in need of a screen fixing.
