I usually cut them a lot of slack because my aunt is a difficult patient. However. they will call telling me of a medical issue and when I call to follow up, no one ever calls back no matter how many messages I leave.
A family remember has been here for 2 weeks now and so far so good. Expeditious and secure check-in ( though I do see some people just walk in without checking in!) The staff is responsive and have been generally cordial, which, unfortunately, I do not find to be the case for too many other nursing/ rehabilitation centers. The therapists are engaging and give up to date status reports. No complaints. I will be sure to post an update if anything changes!
