I love my new shutters. They look fantastic. The space is so much brighter and opens up the area. Tony and Athena made the process so easy. They were happy to answer all my questions from quote through to installation. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and efficient.
Tony, Mick and their team did an amazing job on our investment property, turned a drab room into a showroom. Very happy with their communication, workmanship and very reasonably priced, would definitely use them next time.
We have been dealing with Tony and his TEAM for many years and have never been disappointed. Their work is always finished to the best possible standard. Their service is always prompt and programmes are always maintained. The quality of product cannot be faulted. We will continue to use The Fitter on all our future work. (Provided they also continue giving us the competitive pricing they have to date!!!!!) Finally, they are all a joy to work with and to have on site. Well done.
Talk about good old fashioned customer service, well if your looking for it, then look no further. From the minute we made contact woth the team for a issue with one of our external louvres, they were right onto the communication, with a retrun call after hours enquiring what was the issue, with a promise that the office will call the next day, and yep, they did, with a appointment booked within a few weeks, and whan the guys turned up, Mick the tech looked at us and asked where the other remote was, we we didnt hae it anywh... read more
5 stars well deserved! Plantation blinds installed across french doors - looks an absolute treat. Professional and very personable "front-of-house" staff; punctual to scheduled meetings; prompt replies to emails; all deadlines met - and very reasonable pricing for the high quality of work completed.
