We absolutely love The Fitness lab! My son had four knee surgeries and struggled to walk for about 2 years. The people at The Fitness Lab were so kind and supportive and saw us through all the ups and downs over the two years. They are professional, kind-hearted, and we felt they were part of our family. I have been going to see Alex off and on for 5 years now and he is wonderful!!! Very professional, yet personable, and very effective in the exercises he chooses to have me do. I’ve been to him for partially torn and shredded ligaments/tendons in my ankle, bad back, bad hip - was able to put off replacement as long as possible, post hip replacement therapy, and now a bad knee, putting off knee replacement as long as possible. I’ve recommended him to many and will always go back to him when I need PT.
Dan is the man, incredible knowledge of exercises on rehabilitation of my router cuff. I’ve gone to many rehab facilities in the past 7 years and I haven’t worked with any team that is as good as the staff here! Highly recommend this company. Zane
