-0 AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Customer Service is incredibly bad. They will try to get any money they can. Don't ever break a bone and try to freeze/pause your account, because they will still charge you and not reimburse you.

My experience, at this gym located at pine grove have been horrible.. The general manager (Richard) have been very unprofessional, to me If anyone comes to this gym be careful with this person. He likes to make threats saying he will kick you out of the gym , he likes to bad mouth members of the gym with some of his co- workers also one time he looked at my membership pic and he said why I had my tongue sticking out . While I am now trying to book swimming lane the app continues to send me to Basketball Reservations. The new app does not allow swimmers access to all times that may be available during a specific day. It was so easy to locate or adjust time or scan on the old app. for available days, lanes and times. They have now made this a project. We have also lost the ability to book a week ahead of time. It has never been an easy club to work out at or use. Loosing patience with this club. If I could I would leave 0 Stars for this clu... read more
