Felicity and her team are a dream! A truly beautiful and relaxing environment, warm and inviting, not at all sterile. Felicity was generous with her advice and a huge plus for me was her reassurance and advice regarding my needs - no upselling, no recommendations beyond my concerns and requests. Have been seeing Felicity for the past 5+ years and she is the best in the business! She truly takes the time to address your concerns, tailors to suit your needs and provides such a beautiful space with a lovely and welcoming team! Definitely recommend (+ chocolates on tap help)
Honestly 10/10 service! From the minute I walked in, I believe it was Lucy who greeted me and went above and beyond even when offering me a herbal tea! My consultation and then treatment with Emma was honestly so professional but so comforting as she explained everything she was doing and why! Such a friendly, fun and professional team that make the experience 10/10! Can’t wait for my next treatment!
