I want to say that the people at this branch are the absolute best! My elderly father was in the bank and started feeling bad. The ladies called me and because I live so far away, they drove him home and then called to check on him again this morning. I can't even begin to say how much their kindness and caring means to me. They really care about people!
Really rude especially the blonde new accounts lady. Super cold and gave the impression of incompetence
The staff are always friendly and professional. Love this bank!
Went to make a purchase. My card declined and I have enough money to cover the transaction. I received a fraud alert text I replied back that it was me trying to make a purchase.. I called the fraud department and was on hold for an hour.. Allegedly the system was down.. now I can’t use my card and it’s Sunday so I have to wait until tomorrow morning
