For 25 years I have been a very good customer of First National Bank, but since the name change your terrible customer service has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I'm hoping there's another bank in town that knows the value of good customer service. In the latest incident, I went to one of your offices for some temporary checks until my order comes in. In a 3 minute conversation the progression went from the first 4 checks are free then a $1 for each page of 4 thereafter to....the first check is free then a $1 for each ch... read more
