Woman that works here who answered phone was rude and condescending. They will charge 7$ for copies of your statement so don't ever bother calling and asking as they will inform you its not the banks job to do your "accounting". Oh and when you try to find out if you can somehow do it yourself online you will just be given a attitude and told No.
