If the hours say open at 7:30 am, then the doors should be open for entry. People are inside but all doors are locked.
Times of operation need to be changed, they're not correct. I showed up at 7:30am expecting the bank to be opening like the listing said and the hours on the building say 9! Very frustrating for people trying to plan around a visit to the bank.
