Over a year ago, I decided to open a savings account at the bank. Recently, I added a checking account. Each and every time I have been into the bank, they have been so friendly, and they have always remembered who I am. They were extremely patient and helped me set up my online banking app and my Venmo account. I also had some dealings with them when working with my mother-in-law‘s CDs, which had some of the best interest rates at that time. The ladies are friendly and helpful.
They need to stop charging ATM fee to their own customers who have an active account with them, it just does not make any sense. You should find a way to bring customers and this is definently not the way good luck.
