Everything was going smooth with my construction loan application. My loan officer was extraordinary, very attentive to every step. I got approved enough to start the construction but the Appraisal Department hired someone who appraised my construction lower than it should it have been. When the officer requested an ROV, the appraiser did not want to look at other comps or change the appraisal based on land and location of land plus the kind of build.
