Been banking here for almost 20 years and it’s been great. I had an issue the other day but I took a statement wrong and also Zelle messed up from another account that I had no idea was connected to it. But got everything straightened out.
Been banking here for almost 20 years. Never had a problem tell this year. Apparently the manager, doesn’t like you spending your money. Wants to know where, what, and why. Anyways I’m now limited to where I can send my money and how much I can send on Zelle. I can’t even send $499 anymore lol. I tried a $1 and it failed.
I loved Rita! She was sweet, had great customer service, fast , friendly, and answered all my questions. Overall it was the best banking experience I’ve ever had. They have free giveaways just for opening an account. (See attached photo) Which was a plus!! Also, have gifts for referrals and depending on which plan works best for you (there’s no hidden monthly fees). Overall, I recommend this bank out of any bank in Hillsboro Tx.
