Today was the worst banking experience I have ever had. I was transferring money from a different bank into our house account in your bank in Walsenburg Co. I presented the check to be deposited and the account number it was to be deposited into. The Lady behind the counter seemed confused by the naming on the deposit check, instead of having the Internal Conversation of " I do not recognize either the name or the person I should ask for ID " she calls over the floor manger who without having that same Internal Conversation ... read more
Drive thru can be challenging know your entire account number or they can't find your account. They don't allow non account holders to place money into your account without the account holder being present, very dumb.
I had a very small life insurance check. A check that won't even cover my bills this month!! I understand that the bank needs to hold it. I only asked for $50! For a life insurance check it was rather tiny. Less than 0007% are you kidding me😳?!! I have been a customer for year. I understand that I have not had the amount of money we used to have.
