I had a very small life insurance check. A check that won't even cover my bills this month!! I understand that the bank needs to hold it. I only asked for $50! For a life insurance check it was rather tiny. Less than 0007% are you kidding me😳?!! I have been a customer for year. I understand that I have not had the amount of money we used to have. I would give 0 stars if possible. The people working here are extremely rude and will make you feel extremely uncomfortable. I've been in a few times, and the mood is the same every time. You walk in, and they are all smiles and conversation with each other, but once they see you, it's all frowns and disrespect.
Very Pleased , I bank large bank moved and wanted a local bank for a SBox and an account to deposit checks ect. Only issue I have is the debit card experience in one year and they use a third party if you want to pay credit cards. I like the prompt service and kindness of the staff. It keeping my other bank also
