I am so disappointed in this bank. I live in Trinidad so I wanted to support the beautiful local bank in town. The people that work here are EXTREMELY NICE (which is why this bank earns a 2-star rating, and not a 1-star rating). However, you must change your password on the online banking app once every six months. I do not want to change my password once every six months. UPDATE: Don't sigh or sound disappointed when you are told about one of their fees. They'll bad-mouth you after they hang up the phone. I know because she didn't hang up correctly and I heard her talking about me with whomever was around. You don't know what kind of day I'm having, lady. How about a little compassion? Pending doesn't mean pending for these people. I saw a pending transaction was going to overdraft me, so I moved money to cover it. These greedy SOBs still charged me an overdraft fee.
