UPDATE: Don't sigh or sound disappointed when you are told about one of their fees. They'll bad-mouth you after they hang up the phone. I know because she didn't hang up correctly and I heard her talking about me with whomever was around. You don't know what kind of day I'm having, lady. How about a little compassion? I have had no problems. Been banking there for 50 years.
I have been with this bank since 2008. Checking and savings. I went through them in 2009 to get my mortgage. I have no complaints. Everyone I have dealt with has been great!!!
