I went into the branch with 1 other guy and he was greeted with the pleasantries of southern charm, upsold on a credit card offer that he didn’t take advantage of, asked what denominations he wanted to receive his withdrawal in and wished a enjoyable time on Dauphin Island; I on the other wasn’t greeted, upsold, asked if I needed anything else or extended well wishes.
