I got 25k from my father's life insurance policy it took a week for them to get me just 5k of the money and I couldn't get the other 20k for another week and they questioned me heavily as to why I wanted the cash... it's my money and the fact that they were even asking what I needed the cash for is part of the reason I wanted it out their bank
I was trying to cancel a transaction and it still let it come out of my account. So I end up with a overdraft that I was trying to avoid. The online banking sucks bad.
Ask to withdrawal 4k.. only received 3900. I will be closing all accounts Monday morning.
