Can't get your money off card until certain time
1. Other banks give people their direct deposits early this bank does Not! 2. This bank won't let me into my online banking! 3. This bank does not have a after hour number to get ahold of them about missing money off my account! 4. They should have simple instructions on how to get into your online account especially after changing the name 3 times! After the last time I haven't been able to get into my online banking!

I got 25k from my father's life insurance policy it took a week for them to get me just 5k of the money and I couldn't get the other 20k for another week and they questioned me heavily as to why I wanted the cash... it's my money and the fact that they were even asking what I needed the cash for is part of the reason I wanted it out their bank
