TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANy! For a $6000 fire pit, one would think customer service and the white glove experience would be par for the course, but they ARE TERRIBLE AT THIS! I ordered feb 12 and have been BEGGING for a delivery date, we are now in the week of march 20th and they have continually ignored emails and won't answer the phone. Good selection of fire pits, and the staff was really helpful in finding the right one for my backyard. I got the Prism Hardscapes Tavola 4 Delivery was 5 weeks, fire pit looks great and works perfectly. Only small thing was that the setup instructions could have been clearer, but overall, very happy with the purchase!
Pros: Love the fire pit. Big flame and adjusts for a real choice in flame size. The pit is heavy, hollow inside underneath, looks amazing and is great quality. Cons"On install the sides were scratches when I received it, I contacted customer suppor and I received a touch up kit as well and I solved this issue. Great customer service.

Poor experience with The Fire Pit Collection Ordered a Tavola 6 on September 1, 2024 & didn’t receive until 11/16/24. I was told that the fire pit is custom made & it takes time to build. Upon several calls & emails, they admitted that our particular item was delayed longer than normal & would waive the delivery charge. That refund never happened. Also got white glove delivery but upon delivery the two men wanted to leave the 600 lb fire pit in our driveway instead of putting it in the backyard. I gave them $100 cash so they... read more
