Absolutely 💯😳😁👍. Great overall experience. Honest folks, prices for equipment and installation were very fair. Good luck finding ANYONE in Essex county as good as them. Seems lately like many stove/chimney "companies" you might see out there are fronts for some shady business. These guys were tops.
Scheduled us four weeks out, then on the day of service they claimed we were never on the schedule. Then would not be able to get us on the schedule for another two weeks.
We used Firehouse Stove in Ipswich to purchase a cast iron woodburning stove. Adam was so helpful in helping us choose the right unit for our home. I’m really glad we can use them for maintenance and sweeping moving forward. Definitely would recommend!
I purchased a Regency fireplace insert and am happy with the unit. The sales team was happy and pleasant to work with. We had an issue with the installation, but the owner made it right very quickly. Good company to work with.
