Super friendly staff, super professional services! I was here to set up a bank account and it took me less than 30 min to get all things set. Cloris, Tom and many other staff were very nice and helpful. Recommended!
Unprofessional and dismissive service from teller Winnie Lui at this branch. She refused to assist with a credit card dispute and account closure, despite having full access to our info. Repeatedly deflected responsibility and wasted time. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend this branch for business banking.

Slow motion, I've been waiting for 45 minutes already
this is more for b of a. there's currently an incentive to sign up for a checking account for new users. don't do it because it's a bait and switch scam. you can only open the account online. when you do sign up online, b of a will cancel the account because they can't verify your identity; they'll tell you to go into a branch to id yourself. when you get to the branch, they'll tell you the online account you opened has been closed because they couldn't id you and that you'll need to open new account -- no incentives anymore... read more
