Very disappointing experience with the management at this branch. The free notary service offered to clients at Bank of America is a joke. They refused to notarize documents unless they meet their own uniquely restrictive requirements. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the assistant manager, Cloris Chen, joined in with impolite behavior that escalated to being incredibly rude—even knocking the iPad on the table. I walked in at 4:30 PM without an appointment, and they quickly helped me resolve the issue with my business debit card. Everything was taken care of by 5:00 PM. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly. I’m very satisfied! Five stars! Special thanks to Li Li for the excellent service!
BOA is always the worst, really inconvenient.
