I went to the bank this morning to deposit money. Due to my prostate problem, suddenly I had the urge to void. Therefore I asked the front desk girl for using toilet. I asked very nicely and embarrassingly, because in my life I never asked such matter unless necessary. By the way I am 75. Their service was terrible. There were already long queues, but the staff were chatting and even allowing acquaintances to cut in line. When customers questioned them, they were completely indifferent. As someone who has had bank deposits in the US for over a decade, I was deeply disappointed and disappointed. I will never use Bank of America's services again, especially not this branch in Arcadia.
When I tried going to the bank to resolve an issue. I expect them to help me. Instead they called the Bank of America phone number in order to help me. Save your visit, call the number instead. The bank will do the same thing. Just hope and pray the number doesn't hang up on you beforehand. They like hanging up on you. As well as keeping you waiting for hours. Just like the bank. Terrible service all around.
Everytime i come here (not teller) waiting for more than hour. Employees and customers talk long. And it looks like none banking related
