I highly recommend Lee as a mortgage broker. He was the only broker (of 5 we went through) who was able to to secure us a mortgage 7 years ago (I was on a PhD stipend and my husband had just started a new job). I cried (with happiness) when he phoned to tell me he'd secured our mortgage on our first Home; other brokers would phone to tell me they couldn't get the mortgage.
