R.I.P. Ken Fesler II, You will be missed..
Ken was retained for a friend of mine on a felony possession charge. She could have beat the case very easily and instead trusted him and signed for 6 months, which was what the D.A. was offering anyway. He did nothing that she could not have done for herself or that the court appointed had not already done. He did not review any of her case details, medical records or even file any motions. He should not be trusted. Pro Se is the way to go in Harris County!
