Traci Johnson was my lender and I don't know where to even begin. This woman goes well beyond the call of duty in what she does. I’ve been trying to pay off my loan with this bank for months, and I’m always getting the runaround when I call. There is only one person in charge of handling these payments and they do not return your calls, ever.
Working with Russ was great! Made the process very smooth and kept us updating almost everyday with where we were at in the process and what we were waiting on. Communication was awesome. Anytime we had questions, Russ provided us with answers including articles and links that helped explain in further detail. Really made us feel at ease as first time home buyers! Thanks a bunch Russ!
