Terrible experience, do not use this bank. It appears TFSB has no internal communication or information sharing system in place. We were asked for the same item multiple times by different people. When we talked with one person that information was not communicated to the other people involved and there appeared to be no central location where all documents and information from an applicant are kept. I bought a house recently and the process was very fast and efficient. contact sara cruz for your next morgage loan. She will guide you through the entire process.
Went to open a CD. Friendly staff and a very upscale atmosphere. Only downside for this Bank is you have to go in to sign documents.
Awesome closing Angela Qawi is great will highly recommend her.
