I walked around quite awhile and noticed some good coffee and live music. I bought some seasoned BBQ peanuts that were perfect for me. Not to much heat but lots of flavors. This is a very historical place. The Union forces camped in the town square and bombarded the Confederate forces in the valley below. But it was not much of a fight because of the Union soldiers generosity. A great stone courthouse is right there to see. I met the local dairy man and bought some cheese and ate it right away.
Great local products. Fresh produce, flowers, soaps, cheeses, eggs, honeys, and handmade items. I love that it is ALL local.
They have very many small shops. All the people we have met was very nice and very helpful
