I wish there was a "zero star" option..!!! I had a terrible experience there yesterday. I do not have an account there and after yesterday I am glad I did not open one. I felt like I was being profiled. I walked up to the teller and provided a check that was payable to my name and expressed that that I wanted to cash it. The teller asked my ID and I presented it. She made a phone call to the account holder of the check, I guess, to verify the transaction. She left a message for him , asking to call the branch ASAP. She then ... read more
The staff there r wonderful. Every one says they’re mean and all. It’s a lie
This bank used to be so wonderful that I closed all of my accounts and brought them over to TFB in Bristow. The bank staff USED to be SO amazing! However, the place has gone so downhill! The workers here are so rude and unhelpful. They seem to make up their banking rules as they go along. They’re incompetent and inconsistent. DO NOT bank with this establishment.
