This is the second time I’ve worked with Coach. Both times I was in a mental state of I’ve tried everything there is no way this will work. To my surprise both times it work and worked big time! The first time I lost about 100 lbs with Coach. The second time I was stuck around that new weight and have lost almost another 30 lbs.
