I’m 56. Only 6 weeks in and I practically reached my goal! I will do the 12 and beyond too exceed my goal and maintain. Charlie is an excellent coach. His system works like a charm. This is the second time I've joined coaches program. His professionalism and knowledge is far beyond anything I've ever found. After 3 weeks of being on his taylor made meal plan I've lost 8.8 pounds. I look forward to the next 8 weeks. I highly recommend talking to him at a minimum.
I met Coach over 2 decades ago, when I was at a time in my life where I was gradually gaining weight and loosing sight of healthy eating habits.
