We had the best experience with Jen for our engagement photos! She delivered our gallery the same day, and the quick turnaround didn’t affect the quality one bit; her edits were gorgeous. She’s incredibly experienced and guided us through posing in a way that felt natural and fun. Beautiful venue, but communication, customer service and overall experience was less than ideal. Online says max capacity is 70, I had 48 people for a baby shower and I would not try to fit more than 50 people in the space. When I went and toured, a lot more decor was available than the day of and no communication was sent out that the decor they say is included to use was not available until I had to email and ask about certain decor pieces the day of. Jen was amazing. Our first experience with her was so amazing. She didn’t rush us, she is so calm and did amazing with our four year old and with getting my husband to cooperate 😂 we got our pictures back within a few hours and they were SO BEAUTIFUL! we struggle with infertility and she helped us capture our last pregnancy. 🤍 Forever grateful. Can’t wait to continue to use her for our photos!
This is our second time working with Jen and we’re so glad we came back to her! She’s super friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. Our four-year-old can be a little unpredictable, but she was silly and playful with him, which brought out the best smiles and natural expressions. I love her style, it feels real and authentic, not overly posed and she captured some really sweet connections between us. She was right on time, the photos came back so quickly, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with them!
