I was considering using The Farmer’s Touch, but based on my interactions with the owner, I found her approach to communication and professionalism concerning. I value businesses where owners are empathetic, patient, and reasonable when discussing situations. I decided not to move forward because I didn’t feel this environment reflected those values. I hope she takes feedback to heart for future customers.
I ordered about $90 worth of stuff from here from Florida after messaging them on Facebook if they shipped to FL. They said they did ship to FL. After about a month I messaged them that it never came & asked for a tracking number. they told me they’d send out another package-which Never came either. I never got a tracking number for either package, wasted $90 & never got anything or got my money back either. Very disappointed. This place basically ripped me off for $90 usd.
SCAMMER ALERT- Similar to another poster, I was scammed by this woman. She claims she will send you her product and invoices you. Then she says she will send you a tracking number (she does not). She then told me she sent a second package out and the date it should arrive. It never arrived, and she has stopped communicating with me. Do NOT buy anything from this woman.
I am addicted to all of The Farmers Touch products! The smell - I want to swim in it! The look and feel of each product beautifully showcases the heart and soul that Bethann puts into making it. Not only are the products spectacular, Bethann is as well. She is a generous, loving person with an aura that lights up the room. Her brand matches her very essence! A wonderful company all around!
I have been using products from The Farmers Touch for a little over 3 years now. Once I tried my very first product I was hooked!!!! At first glance The packaging is very luxurious looking, but once you open them the products smell beyond amazing!!!! Experimenting with various products from this site has allowed me to get better at making myself a priority again, and do a little bit more “self care”, even if it’s a quick mask at night after my kids go to bed or taking a few extra minutes on the shower to use the body scrub. ... read more
