Made flawless payments on loans only for them to mistakenly misplace a payment and not bother telling me of their mistake. I found out through credit bureau i was down a payment. wouldn't have known. no phone calls letters letting me know they screwed up. my credit score dropped 122 points because of their incompetence!!!! call them I get no apology just a condescending .*%"& telling me I have another payment due. is this how we do business???? And they still haven't fixed my equifax credit score
