Jack and the team totally stand behind their products & have stellar customer service - my first time in, I bought a product with an unexpected change from the manufacturer, and was not happy with my purchase, but Jack quickly and kindly went above and beyond to resolve the issue even though it wasn’t their fault. Super supportive and i will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone thanks Jack!!!
I purchased Green Dot Labs Boioioioioing 1/4 ounce of flower, this week. The flower wasn’t cured and the moisture content was extremely wet. Green Dot Labs sold me uncured wet flower that was extremely harsh. I called and let the folks know at the Farm. They said the couldn't do anything about it but 10 percent off my next purchase. This is what the Colorado scene has come to, selling wet uncured flower. Wow. Completely unacceptable customer service.
I had an awesome first time experience at the Farm! All of the employees were super kind and gave me all the information I needed before making any purchases. This will definitely be my new favorite spot!
