Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff with good selections for pet items and jewelry. Pricing is very reasonable. Bonus is that the vet has her clinic also at the same location, just in a different building across from the parking lot. Love this place! ♥️
Had an issue with an Amazon order where the XL muzzle I purchased was sent out as a Medium. Requested replacement, received another Med with an erroneous XL label placed OVER the correct Med label. Attempted to call the store to alert them of the issue/request expedited (and correct) replacement and whoever was on the phones at ~220pm Western 12-27-19 decided it was a good idea to pick up and then immediately hang up four separate times when calling from two different phones.
