Disappointing Experience - Poor Guidance I am extremely frustrated with the service I received at this practice. The GP misled us on multiple occasions, providing incorrect information that ultimately caused unnecessary stress and confusion. We relied on their advice, only to find out later that it was completely wrong. Clear, accurate guidance should be a basic expectation when it comes to healthcare, and unfortunately, this wasn’t the case here. Horrible customer service iv been incontact 5 times within this last week to get some advice about my acne iv requested to see a doctor but no look even a telephone phone call but still no luck they say ring at 8 when I ring they gave me an excuse that they are fully booked and then finally they gave me a booking for a phone call and then never received a call
I had a fantastic Nurse called rehina who saw me at my appointment today she was so polite and very helpful as I visited this practice for the first time. I feel Nurse's should give time to patients to make them feel at ease and support thrm
Brilliant service as always, drs and nurses are always so personable. The front desk staff have been incredible from the start and I genuinely have no complaints, especially considering the current climate surrounding medical intervention in the UK. Thank you as always <3
The worst gp in Bradford !!! . My Husband went in for a blood test and was told he didn’t make an appointment for the test . Told him to clean the bed and not to visit anyone if he was having itching problems on his arms . Horrible . Didn’t even give him any medicine or creams just sent him on his way . Disgusting people .
